Course Conditions (3.19.2020)

Due to the rain that we received yesterday afternoon and through the evening we will be forced to limit carts to paths only.  Please be considerate of the course as you pass carts on 1/5, 2/3, and 6/9.

Today's forecast calls for a high temperature in the upper 50s-low 60s, winds out of the east at 5-10 mph, and a 60% chance of precipitation.

We have included in this post the text of an email that Jason Martin sent out to membership yesterday evening; please familiarize with it due to changes in the way that we are doing a few things on the course.

***
We will not have water coolers, ball washers, or bunker rakes on the courses to eliminate hand to hand contact.  We do ask that members level bunker sand with their feet for those who follow them.  Also, please enter bunkers at the low points, do not walk on faces.

Leave the flagstick in the cup throughout the round.  New cups will be cut...with a twist; the cups will be set upside-down.  This trick is to eliminate golfers from touching the flagstick in order to retrieve their ball.  Since scores are not being posted, we also recommend the kindly gesture of "gimmies".

We ask that each member take their own cart in order to continue the practice of social distancing.

We will not be putting practice greens cups out, again, to be extra cautious.  We are placing stakes on the greens that our membership can put towards.

Our departments enjoy our interactions with fellow employee partners and especially our membership, however we are going to keep our distance.  A wave and a "hey" will have to do for the time being.  Please enjoy the day and being out of the house.
