Good morning,    We received.2” of rain yesterday morning. We will be 90 degrees today with no cart traffic on par 3’s and 4 & 6 Weiskopf.      Please remind members and guests to utilize the enter/exit post system, replace divots and repair ball marks.     The range should be set as turf at cart barn and mats at the hotel.      The weather for today temperatures should reach the upper 70’s and calm winds with sunshine.     Just a reminder that we will be setting up today for the fireworks display this evening.     As always if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.  Thanks James A. Course conditions (6.29.19) UPDATE 

As I post this we are experiencing a heavy rain shower. We will remain cart path only with no blue flags for the remainder of the day.  Thanks James Dobbins

Good morning,   We will remain 90 degrees on both courses today. Reminder about utilizing the enter/exit posts and no carts on par 3’s and 4 & 6 Weiskopf. We did receive.15” of rain overnight. There are a few wet spots in low lying areas. Please use caution while driving on course.      The range should be set as mats at hotel and turf at cart barn.      The weather for the day calls for high temperatures reaching 80 degrees and winds out of the southwest at 5-10mph. There is a possibility of a rain showers throughout the day. We will continue to allow carts to cross both golf courses at 90 degrees as we continue to dry down nicely.  With the courses being more accessible; we ask that members and their guests do not drive closely to the greens.

Today's forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-upper 80s with sunny skies.  There is a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon due to the heat/humidity.

Carts can continue to cross both courses at 90 degrees.  The wet areas are getting smaller, however there are still some spots on both courses to be cautious around.

We will be preparing the Weiskopf Course for member play and the Devlin Course for our Junior Golfers.

Today we will have mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the low to mid 80s, winds will be light and out of the west.

Yesterday afternoon and into the evening we received 1.3" of precipitation, we will be forced to restrict carts to path only, no blue flags.

We will be setting up the Weiskopf Course for Day 2 of the Green Coat Tournament and then the US Kids Junior Tournament.  The Devlin Course will be setup for Member play.

Throughout yesterday and into the evening we received a total of 1.25" of rain.  We will be forced to keep carts on paths only, no blue flags.  Both courses are saturated and we ask that members and their guests use extreme caution as they make their way through the property.  Please do not try and pass other carts on turf unless absolutely necessary.

With the soft conditions of the courses we ask that golfers are reminded to repair ballmarks on the greens. 

Ranges will start the day closed however we will reopen them as soon as conditions improve.

We have received .75" of precipitation this morning.  This will amount to 4.1" in the last week.  We will be forced to be cart path only, no blue flags.

We are forced to close the range this morning and will reevaluate its condition throughout the day.

Course Conditions (6.19.19) UPDATE

UPDATE(9am):
We will keep the Devlin Course Cart Path Only through this morning allowing us additional time to dry.  We will reassess this as the day progresses.



We have gone roughly 48 hours without rain, we will allow carts to cross Weiskopf at 90 degrees and we will evaluate Devlin before the 9am shotgun.

Today's forecast calls for a high temperature in the mid 70s with partly cloudy skies and light winds out of the north.

We will be trying to mow out both courses as there is a strong likelihood of measurable rain beginning tonight and into tomorrow morning.  We as a department will make every effort to stay out of the way of members and guests, we appreciate everyone's patience as we get through this odd weather.

We will start the day as cart path only, no blue flags.  Yesterday and into the evening we did not receive any measurable precipitation, however we did not have any drying conditions.  We will continue to monitor course conditions and make any necessary changes.

Course Conditions (6.17.19)

Yesterday we received .9" of precipitation, we will be forced to remain cart path only, no blue flags.  Over the last 5 days we have received 3.35" of rain. 

We will begin the day with the range closed and will open it as soon as conditions allow, we are still planning on doing range maintenance later today.

Both courses are saturated and we ask that members and guests use extreme caution, we stress that all golfers keep all tires on the path.

There is a slight chance of rain throughout today (40%) with mostly overcast skies, light winds, and a high temperature in the upper 60s.

We will continue to allow carts to cross at 90 degrees on both courses today.  Since April 15th, this is the second longest stretch of dry weather that we have experienced (the longest was May 4th-9th).  

We have noticed that there are several carts that drive close to tee boxes and greens, we ask members and guests to use the enter/exit post system on both courses.

We have successfully gone 24 hours without precipitation.  We will allow carts to cross fairways at 90 degrees on both courses, the same exceptions of #4 and #6 Weiskopf.  

We are preparing the Devlin and Weiskopf Courses for member play as well as the Inaugural Men's Senior Member Guest which will begin this afternoon on the Weiskopf Course.  

We have placed a large amount of sod in between #s 2 & 3 Devlin and have staked off these areas, we ask that members and guests to exercise caution on this new turf.

As was promised earlier this year, we have begun to repair cart paths on property.  This process will take some time and is weather dependent but the improvements are immediate.

We are beginning to dry down throughout both courses and will allow carts to cross at 90 degrees.  There are still numerous wet areas throughout both courses and we ask that members and guests use extreme caution as they play.  

We are preparing the Weiskopf Course for the MGA Match-Play Day 1 and the Devlin Course for Member play, both tee off at 7am.

Today's forecast calls for temperatures in the upper 70s and possibly low 80s, partly cloudy skies and winds out of the southwest at 10-15 mph.  There is a possibility  of passing thunderstorms this afternoon (50%).
