Yesterday afternoon and into the evening we received .3" of precipitation. With the overall drying conditions of the course beforehand we will not change cart restrictions throughout the courses. Carts can cross fairways at 90 degrees with the usual exceptions; there are soft areas on both courses and we ask that members and guest are reminded to use caution.
Reminder to golfers to keep cart traffic away from greens.
It is imperative that members not tee off early today as we are trying to prepare both courses ahead of a very busy week.
Today's forecast calls for temperatures in the upper 60s-low 70s, partly cloudy skies and winds out of the north at 5-10 mph. There is a very low risk of precipitation during the day; however there is a strong likelihood of rain developing this evening and through tomorrow morning (90%)
Finally, today we as a department we remember the service men and women who sacrificed to allow us to afford so many freedoms.
